– In App purchases:

Our apps may contain in-app purchases (IAPs) or subscriptions. When you make purchases in our applications, we do not collect or have any access to your billing information (bank accounts, credit cards).
For the sole purpose of ensuring the operation of the purchasing system provided by Unity, the application collects Purchase history information, which is transferred in a securely encrypted form by the service provider.

– Third party service providers:

Our applications use third party services:

Google AdMob is a mobile advertising platform that allows developers to monetize their apps through in-app advertising. We have made configuration that allows only non-personalized ads, restricted data processing mode and maximum content rating of “G” level.
We’ve also made settings in the AdMob SDK that indicate we want Google to treat content of our apps as child-directed and for users under age of consent, which should disable remarketing ads and IBA.
When a publisher enables restricted data processing, on the publisher’s instruction Google will further limit how it uses data and begin serving non-personalized ads only. Non-personalized ads are not based on a user’s past behavior. They are targeted using contextual information, including coarse (such as country or city-level, but not ZIP/postal code) geo-targeting based on current coarse location, and content on the current site or app or current query terms. Google disallows all interest-based audience targeting, including demographic targeting and user list targeting when in restricted data processing mode. Admob uses collected data only for internal purposes as anonymized and aggregated information.

We build our apps with Unity and use the Unity In-App Purchases service, which requires Unity Analytics to run. When we develop our apps, we designate them in Unity Editor as primarily targeted to children under age of 13 (“Child Apps”).
Unity Analytics treats data collected from applications designated as a Child App differently from data collected from other applications.
In order to provide analytics for the games, Unity Analytics generates an anonymized user ID for each user in the game. Unity do not use any of these IDs generated from Child Apps to track users across apps built by other developers or to map users between different services, devices, or browsers on the same computer or device. In addition to these IDs, Unity Analytics also collects IP address from Child App users, it is used only for internal analytic purposes. All the collected information is anonymized before being sent to Unity Analytics. To enhance your privacy, we have disabled sending device identifiers like (IDFV and Android device ID) in Unity Analytics.
Unity’s use of the information identified above is limited to providing app-level analytics for the application’s developer and analyzing and reporting anonymized and aggregate-level information about devices, apps and the game industry (for example, the percentage of devices using a certain operating system or the percentage of certain devices by regions). This aggregate-level data contains no personal information.

In our apps we’ve placed a “Data Privacy Page” button, part of the Unity Analytics Data Privacy plug-in, which opens a Unity web page where players can manage their privacy settings. Players manage their preferences on a per-game, per-device basis. When a player clicks this button, it opens the Player Data Privacy page in a web browser. Players can opt-out of Unity’s data collection and delete all historical data on this page as well as view the data that Unity has collected in the past.
Anonymized and aggregated information collected from Google Admob and Unity Analytics is used only to improve performance and analyze reliability of our apps, to get a better understanding of what users prefer and to help optimize and improve our apps. We do not link any of this information in any way to individuals or any other information we might obtain. We do not sell, share or rent this information to other persons or companies.

– Children’s privacy:

Our mobile applications comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in violation of COPPA. In the case we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information through a support request, we will not collect, store or use this information and will securely delete any personal information of that user. If you are a parent or guardian and are informed that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action.
